Art started in October 2008, with a 18 month hiatus in 2011 and 2012. He is a licensed agent focused on commercial insurance. He and his wife Jennifer have five children. Art is a pastor at Faith Baptist Church and currently on the Toulon City Council. He also volunteers with the Toulon Fire Department as a firefighter and chaplain, and the Toulon Police Auxiliary.
In his free-time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, attending church activities, disc golfing, going to the shooting range, working on websites, and laughing!
